Biomass is chipped and sealed into bags at mobile field stations, ready for transport.
Sealed-bag packaging prevents Lantana seed spread during handling and transport — a biosecurity feature, not just logistics.
Bagged biomass moves from the field stations to the central plant, within a collection radius sized around the plant's capacity.
Incoming biomass is dried at the plant using recovered process heat before entering the reactor — at zero marginal energy cost.
Biomass is converted to biochar at 600–700 °C, self-sustained through recovered syngas combustion.

The technological backbone is a large-scale, modular pyrolysis plant with four reactor chambers, enabling continuous staggered-batch operation and running on its own recovered syngas.
